Online Chats: Live, weekly online chats provide a friendly forum to share experiences and chat with others about anything from the initial phase of diagnosis to treatment and survivorship. Offers connection, comfort, and hope to families who have experienced the unexpected loss of an infant. Provides care packages to those families and a network of connections to others who have experienced a similar loss. A Run for Their Lives! 5K run/walk event is held annually on Mother's Day. Participate in-person in Spearfish, SD, or virtually from anywhere! This event is a great way to honor the memory of a child with a community of supporters. Also works to provide SIDS and safe-sleep awareness and education as well as funding for SIDS-related research. Operations are home-based.

Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder: For children ages 5 - 11 and their birth, foster, or adoptive parents. While the parents or parenting team is involved in education, supportive discussion and training, the children will gather in a separate group to work on developmental and behavioral issues.

An all volunteer organization which enables all families and other associated with an autistic, Asperger's or Pervasive Development Disorder to have access to support groups, meetings, and additional information and resources. The Health Cooperative is here to partner with patients to stay healthy and meet their health goals. An inter-professional team is available to offer early evaluations of adult health concerns. Also provides personalized self-care education that will assist patients in making healthier choices. This is not a replacement for a primary care doctor. Works alongside patients and their doctors to improve patient health. Team consists of registered nurses, a pharmacist, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist and a dietitian.

Families of infants through preschoolers with Down Syndrome are welcome to take part in a private online community and regularly scheduled meetups, including a monthly "Big Event."
