The ultrasound helps determine if an abortion or abortion pills are needed, as approximately 1 in 4 pregnancies end on their own. An STD test is recommended before an abortion due to the risk of pelvic infection. Pregnancy Test & Ultrasound Appointments: Option 1 provides a medical grade urine pregnancy test and a possible ultrasound, all at no cost.
