COVID Testing Option: ​Oyate Health Center Urgent Care 3200 Canyon Lake Drive 7:00am - 7:00pm (MT), 7 days a week Christmas Eve closes at 3pm (MT). Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.
