Provides a continuum of rehabilitation services for people with short- and long-term conditions, injuries, and disabilities. Programs include: ​Brain Injury Rehabilitation - Helping patients learn new skills to help manage many of the symptoms of brain injury. ​Cancer rehabilitation - Addresses needs at each stage of treatment, helping patients cope with the effects of cancer and its treatment. ​Chronic pain services - Comprehensive outpatient pain management services. ​Comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation - Hospital-based rehabilitation program for those who require close medical monitoring and management of medical conditions. ​Comprehensive stroke rehabilitation program - Evidence-based treatments support individuals who have had a stroke as they regain daily living skills and become as independent as possible. ​Courage Kenny Kids - Offering physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology. ​Courage Kenny Spine Centers - Provides specialized, nonsurgical treatment for low back and neck pain. ​Spinal Cord Rehabilitation - Offers inpatient and outpatient services for persons with a spinal cord injury. ​Occupational/physical therapy and speech-language pathology - Providing clinic based outpatient rehabilitation therapy.

Vocational Agriculture Skills | Specialty Crop Collaborative, The

Provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with hands-on experience in advanced agricultural practices while nurturing essential job and life skills. Participants engage in every aspect of farming including planting, harvesting, managing customer relationships, preserving food, and caring for livestock. The program also supports teamwork, problem-solving, communication, personal growth, and community involvement while empowering participants to explore and consider future careers in agriculture or related fields.
