ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Income eligible homeowners may receive assistance from Habitat and their volunteers on projects including limited in-home repairs for safety modifications including installing non-skid strips in bathtub or stairs, grab bars and handrails; exterior painting; minor exterior home repairs and weatherization.

 Offers low interest rate loans, deferred loans and forgivable loans to assist with repairing or replacing home's electrical, plumbing, furnace, water heater, roofing, decks, steps, windows, doors and other life safety issues. Eligibility for the programs are determined by income, and family size (based on county of residence). HUD certified counselors can help people walk through this process, from start to finish. Home must be on a permanent foundation to qualify for program. Manufactured homes on rented lots are not eligible properties. Eligible properties must be owner occupied. The property must be located on a permanent foundation, and the occupant must own the land or have qualifying land lease.

Family Support 360 (FS 360) helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families get the services they need to live in their own home and community as independently as possible. FS 360 is self-directed, which allows the person or their guardian to choose their staff and schedule based on their needs.

Lead Hazard Identification - E.P.A. certified staff that will refer to local resources. Provides repair services to homeowners so they can continue to live in safe, decent homes. Home repair work might include: critical preservation repairs, modifications, home maintenance, and increased energy efficiency. FYI - No emergency repair services available.

Provides people and their families with services and supports to meet their unique needs. The Family Support 360 (FS360) Program is self-directed, which means the person and their family choose the services, the staff who provide them, and a schedule based on their needs. FS360 helps people and their family receive state-funded services and other community services, together with natural supports (extended family members, friends, neighbors, church congregations, and community organizations). Family Support Service Coordinators act as an advocate for you and your family. Services and supports include but are not limited to: service coordination, environmental accessibility adaptive equipment, vehicle modifications, companion services, supported employment, personal care, respite care, special medical adaptive equipment and supplies, nutritional supplements, specialized therapies, and recreational and social opportunities.

Each conference seeks to serve the gaps in services in the communities they serve. Friends in need may be offered referral to other agencies, advocacy, or direct assistance: which may include utility bill and rent assistance payments, or clothing, food, pharmacy and transportation vouchers to meet basic, immediate and emergency needs.

Provides the following services: housing counseling, credit counseling, support services and referrals, Veterans' assistance, homebuyer programs, rehab assistance, food security assistance, small business counseling, financial literacy and homebuyer education, after school nutrition program, construction trades and skills training, coordinating homebuying experience from intake to closing, COVID-19 community food and essentials relief, and homeless outreach services and relief.

HAPI's purpose is to facilitate very low to moderate income households in securing and/or refurbishing good quality, affordable housing. Provides no-cost Home Buyer Education classes, closing cost assistance, home repair/rehabilitation grants, and builds a variety of houses in the moderate income price range.
