Committed to bringing arts education and enjoyment in its many facets: literature and poetry, dance, theater and music, to the Clay County region. By maintaining stewardship of the historic Washington Street Arts Center, the VAAC provides a home to support artists and students, and welcome area community. Provides classes, workshops, exhibitions, pop-up events, and summer arts camp. Meeting rooms and small event space available; fees apply.

Mosaic Arts and Events (formerly known as Museum of Visual Materials) is an historic and LEED Platinum Green Building. Offers free and low cost art classes and camps for kids Mondays through Wednesdays. The historic building is also an events venue for weddings, receptions, fundraisers, holiday parties and more.
