Collects and distributes dysphagia supplies to individuals in need, establish a dysphagia awareness advocacy program, provide education services relating to appropriate prescription and use of dysphagia supplies, and assist in establishing a network of interconnected dysphagia support groups across the country. The food pantry provides modified foods for individuals with dysphagia, such as: thickened foods and liquids, oral care supplies, and assistive equipment. The food pantry is available to all 50 states. Income qualifications apply.

Staff also deliver workshops in-person for groups upon request. Willing to work with parents and professionals to develop and deliver training based on the needs of the group. Issues covered included depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, anorexia, bulimia, healthy weight loss, grief, attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), chronic pain, family separation, divorce, self-destructive behaviors, self-esteem, abuse issues, anger management, and/or any other mental health disorder including PTSD. ​Offering neuropsychological and psychological testing, biofeedback, eye movement desensitization (EMDR), and EAP (employee assistance program) services and training. ​Group therapy including borderline personality disorder treatment groups including STEPPS, STAIRWAYS, and STRIDES; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group; Best Me Group (social skills group for kids 6-10); and pain management group.

Helps families and their support systems find hope and healing after the loss of a child at any age. Provides encouragement, compassion and support through retreats, education and small groups. The groups provide a way to connect with other families who are walking a similar journey. Different from other retreats, Healing Hope hosts only 1 family at a time (in a guest house on on 5-acre property), creating a unique one-on-one experience. The facilitators walk alongside the families, not as counselors, but as peers that have been on a similar journey. Healing Hope also appreciates the opportunity to educate the community by sharing personal stories of grief and life lessons with different groups, churches, schools, etc.

Bone Marrow Transplant Support Group - For individuals that have gone through or may be undergoing a transplant. Cancer Caregiver Support Program - Open to all caregivers who care for loved one with any type of cancer diagnosis. Cooperative Parenting and Divorce - Parents can learn the skills necessary to minimize difficulties for their children as their roles change from spouses to co-parents. The group is for divorcing parents who have children. Cost is $130.00 for 8 week course or (2) 4 week courses; includes the cost of workbook. Diabetes Support Group - Covers topics and support related to diabetes. Open to the patient and their family/significant other Infant Loss Support Group - 6 week series support group for families who are grieving the death of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death. Childbirth (in person or online class), caring for a newborn, breastfeeding, multiple blessings classes Weight Loss Support Group - For people who have had any weight loss procedure or are considering one (both online and in person)

An all volunteer organization which enables all families and other associated with an autistic, Aspergers' or Pervasive Development Disorder to have access to support groups, meetings, and additional information and resources. Affiliate of the Autism Society of America. Services include Support group meetings, Summer sports camp, Referral services, Email support, and Life skills support.
