Connecting Kids provides information and financial resources for families who may need assistance in getting their kids involved in extra curricular activities. Provides immediate shelter and crisis intervention services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and child abuse and neglect. Immediate shelter services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Trained staff is on-site to assist with the needs of anyone with safety issues seeking shelter. Case management, counseling, advocacy, support groups, parenting groups, and activities for children are offered and provided. Meals are provided and personal care items and clothing are available as needed at no cost to the client. Crisis intervention services include crisis phone, crisis drop-in counseling, support groups, parenting classes, 911 phones to public, safety planning, referrals to community resources, assistance with filling out protection orders, and court advocacy. Applications available to help victims of crime apply for victims compensation. Individual, child and family counseling is available to victims of abuse. Public education presentations are available upon request.

The EmBe offers a variety of youth programs including: - Girls on the Run (3rd - 5th grade girls): An afterschool program that helps girls understand themselves, value friendships and teamwork and recognize how they can shape the world at large. Lessons focus on building social, emotional and physical skills while encouraging healthy habits for life. Each season concludes with a non-competitive 5K run. - Heart and Sole (6th to 8th grade girls): A physical activity-based positive youth development program that develops life skills through dynamic interactive lessons and running games. The program culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5K run. The program helps establish a lifetime appreciation of health and fitness. Taekwondo (beginning at age 3): A Korean martial art which teaches courtesy, self-control, integrity, perseverance and strong spirit. Taekwondo at Embe is offered . - Youth Volleyball (3rd - 6th grade): Providing an opportunity to learn the skills of the game in a recreational, non-competitive, environment. EmBe and Kairos Elite Volleyball Club with Avera Sports collaborate to a provide a seamless experience that fits each child. 10-week leagues are available in the fall and winter. A four-week league is offered in the summer. - Babysitting Classes (11 - 15 years old): Designed for youth who want to gain knowledge and experience before entering the world of babysitting. Topics covered include what is expected from infants to school age children, activities to do with children of all ages, basic first aid and safety skills, when to ask for help, questions to ask before you agree to baby sit and experiential learning in EmBe's Childcare Center Camp GOTR (Girls On The Run) (rising 3rd - 5th grade girls): A 4-day camp provides an opportunity for girls to build friendships while enjoying interactive games, physical activity, and creativity through arts and crafts and storytelling. Provides a unique opportunity for all girls, including those with a disability, to develop self-confidence, have fun with friends, and learn life skills. Participation in Girls on the Run during the school year is not a requirement for Camp GOTR..

Klein Ranch - Klein Ranch is a unique camp that offers youth the opportunity to begin to stretch their boundaries, and abilities, as they ride horses on 2,300 acres of Wild West ranch country. Campers can spend a week exploring the prairie on horseback and participating in other activities, such as hiking the mini badlands, having an overnight campout, playing games and more. Through the camp's small group community, youth strengthen their identity and gain depth in their faith. At Klein Ranch, youth also develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and for others as they care for the animals at the camp. The CWOY Support Navigator program is designed to provide support for American Indian youth, adults, and their families in the He Sapa area who struggle with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. CWOY Support Navigators act as mentors, advocates, and resource guides for American Indian youth, adults, and families needing support for their healing and personal growth. Services offered include one-on-one mentorship, advocacy, individualized care planning, outings, activities and workshops, transportation to appointments, collaboration with behavioral health resources, coordination for success in academic programs, communication with family members, connecting participants to peer and community programs in support of healing goals, skill-building, mental health counseling, and therapeutic circles.

The Strengthening Families Program (SFP) is an evidence-based family skills training program for high-risk and general population families. Parents and youth attend weekly SFP skills classes together, learning parenting skills and youth life and refusal skills. There are separate training classes for parents and youth the first hour, followed by a joint family practice session the second hour.
