Hope Harbor's small, family style program is an alternative option for families seeking help for their teen; providing counseling, education, life skills training, spiritual growth opportunities, and parenting classes. Program is Bible-based, Christ-centered, and interdenominational. Minnesota location is licensed by the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services and South Dakota home operates as a non-accredited private school that provides housing. Also provides individual and family biblical counseling, group teaching, instruction needed to continue academic training, life skills training, development of leisure skills, and opportunities for spiritual growth. Provides workshops for schools and communities dealing with the topic of relational aggression, cyberbullying, human trafficking, social media safety and more.

Start Making It Livable for Everyone (SMILE) classes for separating and divorcing parents with children under the age of 18, designed to: inform parents how to better understand the effects of divorce; assist parents to understand the needs of their children; help parents learn what they can do to create a nurturing and safe environment so their children can recover and feel good about themselves; inform parents how to prevent destructive game playing that is common among divorce; help parents gain problem solving skills; and let parents know they are not alone. Other programs include: Lakota Circles of Hope, Disaster Relief, and Uplifting Parents.

Outpatient mental health counseling center providing 100% free services to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, and their families. Part of the US Department of Veterans Affairs but separate from the VA Medical Centers, with separate and confidential medical records. Offering individual, group, and couples counseling both in Rapid City and at a number of Community Access Points in the Black Hills.
