Oyate Behavioral Health is a component of Integrated Health Care. Individual Behavioral health services are offered through Clinic Appointment and Telehealth scheduled appointments. The Adolescent Crisis Care Center provides immediate, short-term care for middle and high school youth who are experiencing a crisis or may be considering suicide. Services provided are mental health screenings/assessments, observation, de-escalation/stabilization, and referrals to appropriate services. Also has Community Health Workers that will provide case management services.

CHOICES Residential Services program serves adolescents and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/emotional or psychiatric disorders. Components of the program include residential services, independent living training, educational services, and therapeutic and psychiatric services (individual and group therapy).
