This guide is produced as an initiative of the Human Services Collaborative and funded by the John T. Vucurevich Foundation. It was established to help people more readily identify and select licensed/credentialed practitioners and agencies. It includes both non profit and for profit behavioral health practioners, and is available in both printable and online searchable versions.

This center approaches patient care with a special emphasis on trauma-informed care as well as biological, psychological, and social concerns. - Inpatient Treatment: Available for patients ages 5 and older. All patients will be psychiatrically assessed and treated by a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist. Additionally, experienced nurses and patient care technicians provide individual specialized attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Inpatient Services: Specialized services include group and individual therapy, diagnostic testing, psychological evaluations, and family therapy. Services include day school and residential programs, evaluation services, family supportive services, consultation and training services. Madsen House is designed to provide comprehensive psychiatric diagnosis and assessments, as well as short-term treatment for children ages 4-14 with emotional and behavioral problems. Madsen House Intensive Unit is an eight-bed unit for children ages 4-14 who have severe or chronic emotional and behavioral disorders.
