Provides a full range of treatment and rehabilitation services for adults with severe mental illness. The goal is to prevent hospitalization and to provide support and education; which, in turn, promote optimal levels of independence in living and working in the community. Services include psychiatric and medication management services, CARE (continuous assistance with recovery and empowerment), case management, supportive counseling, assisted living, vocational services, homeless outreach program, and IMPACT (individualized mobile program for assertive community treatment) services. Client groups include DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy).

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.

A psychiatric hospital offering a wide range of services for geriatric, adult, adolescent, and child patients. This center approaches patient care with a special emphasis on trauma-informed care as well as biological, psychological, and social concerns. - Inpatient Treatment: Available for patients ages 5 and older. All patients will be psychiatrically assessed and treated by a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist. Hospitalization Process: If hospitalization is required, patients are provided a full physical examination and medical evaluation at the Rapid City Monument Hospital Emergency Department prior to hospitalization. Please proceed to the Emergency Department first or if emergent treatment is needed, call local law enforcement or 911. Outpatient Clinic: Offers individual and family counseling services for patients of all ages as well as psychiatric diagnostic interviewing and medication management for patients of all ages.
