The Adolescent Crisis Care Center provides immediate, short-term care for middle and high school youth who are experiencing a crisis or may be considering suicide. Services provided are mental health screenings/assessments, observation, de-escalation/stabilization, and referrals to appropriate services. Also has Community Health Workers that will provide case management services.

The WPRC seeks to divert or delay those we serve from substance use and other high-risk behaviors to promote choices/behaviors resulting in lifelong mind and body wellness. The WPRC primarily focuses prevention support services to stakeholders in South Dakota's 22 westernmost counties, but often serves an even broader audience. The WPRC's services include providing education, technical assistance, training and other support to prevention service providers, youth, parents, educators, community groups, social service providers, health/wellness agencies, chemical dependency service providers, law enforcement and other community wellness stakeholders. WPRC staff can provide community education and information on a broad range of prevention topics. Orthopedic and Musculosketal Care - Providing patients with sprains, strains, pain, and fractures the care they need to assist in helping to reduce pain, increase mobility, avoid future injuries, and get individuals back to living their best life as quickly as possible. Community Services - Driver assessment and training, aquatics, adaptive sports and recreation, community behavioral support and vocational services.

The Adolescent Addiction Recovery Unit provide inpatient and outpatient addiction recovery care for youth ages 12 to 17. Services include 24-Hour supervision, residential treatment, intensive counseling, and educational support.
