Physically located in Rapid City, SD, but providing services anywhere in South Dakota via Telemedicine. ​​Medication assisted treatment is the use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and other therapies to provide a whole-patient approach to treatment for substance use disorders (SUD). Other services include MAT services, HIV/HCV screenings, lab work, pregnancy tests, specialty and primary care referrals; Medication assistance programs, and Patient advocacy & resource connection. Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Court-approved provider for chemical dependency assessments, counseling and treatment services. Adolescents can be seen for chemical dependency evaluations, individual therapy and aftercare group. ​Specialized counseling services available (individual, couples, family and group therapy) for pain management-related difficulties. Dual-credentialed therapists licensed in mental health and addictions. Telemedicine counseling services including CD assessments and individual therapy. Anyone can participate in this service. Accredited by the State of South Dakota as well as by the Joint Commission (JCAHO).

Services are provided by certified chemical dependency counselors including assessments (walk-in assessments available), day and evening treatment programs, adolescent programs, 12 hour DUI class, Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment (IMT) offered with state approval only, and a Recovery Maintenance Group.
