Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.
