The Adolescent Addiction Recovery Unit provide inpatient and outpatient addiction recovery care for youth ages 12 to 17. Services include 24-Hour supervision, residential treatment, intensive counseling, and educational support.

Individual and couples mental health and chemical dependency counseling to children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues including, but not limited to; depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), physical and or sexual abuse, trauma, chemical dependency and other addictions, co-occurring disorders, family issues, behavioral issues, relationship issues, sexual identity, adjustment disorders, career issues, adoption issues, attachment issues, personality disorders, stress management, women's issues, eating disorders, post traumatic stress (PTSD), and crisis prevention. Offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Telehealth sessions available. Also an LGBTQ+ friendly provider.

A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Provides drug and alcohol treatment for adolescents ages 13 - 17 years of age who are enrolled as a member of a federally recognized Tribe or able to show the lineal descendancy. It is a rolling admission and can be anywhere from 90 - 120 days.

Provides equine-assisted counseling conducted in an arena with a team including a mental health professional, an equine professional, and one or more horses for individuals, couples, families, or groups. Intensive, non-residential treatment program providing services to children who meet the states' Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria and would not be successful in less restrictive services. Also provides services to their families. Incorporating counseling, case management, and family support services, with the goal of assisting in the development of a nurturing and stable family environment in which children may grow. A counselor along with family, individuals supporting the family, and professionals will develop a customized treatment plan which will assist in meeting the needs of the child and family. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.
