The Marcus P. Beebe Public Library offers a wide variety of library services for Ipswich residents. These include books, ebooks, magazines, newspapers, reference materials, photocopier, scanner, computers, Wi-Fi, large print books, home delivery and pickup, and the summer reading program. Additional services include monthly life skills visits, storytime, community room rental, Spanish language conversation club, and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is a free program that sends age appropriate books every month to all kids from birth to their 5th birthday.

Access eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, and streaming videos through the library's digital collections. Use computers or Wi-Fi, or print from home using the mobile printing app, and pick up prints in the library or at the drive-thru window. Get help with mobile devices - iPads, Kindles, smart phones, etc. Use the library's makerspace to laser engrave, print custom stickers, poster, banners, 3D printing, use sewing machines, and access knitting and crochet supplies. Enhance job skills or get homework help using the library's online learning resources. Participate in library events for all ages. Get library services at the library's bookmobile throughout the community. ​ The Home Delivery Program helps those in the community gain access to library materials, providing personalized selections delivered to the patron in their residence. There is no cost for this service. Delivery is limited to residents who live within Rapid City Area School District inside Pennington County. Other services include test proctoring, no-cost notary services, faxing, reference assistance, local history resources, and dial-a-story. Meeting and study rooms are also available. Services include food pantry, hygiene items, winter gear, socks and underwear, access to computer/internet, space to connect with social worker for assistance, and birthday closet.
