Issues covered included depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, anorexia, bulimia, healthy weight loss, grief, attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), chronic pain, family separation, divorce, self-destructive behaviors, self-esteem, abuse issues, anger management, and/or any other mental health disorder including PTSD. ​Offering neuropsychological and psychological testing, biofeedback, eye movement desensitization (EMDR), and EAP (employee assistance program) services and training. ​Group therapy including borderline personality disorder treatment groups including STEPPS, STAIRWAYS, and STRIDES; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group; adolescent group; and pain management group.

Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (CKRI) is part of Allina Health. Provides a continuum of rehabilitation services for people with short- and long-term conditions, injuries, and disabilities. Programs include: ​Brain Injury Rehabilitation - Helping patients learn new skills to help manage many of the symptoms of brain injury. ​Cancer rehabilitation - Addresses needs at each stage of treatment, helping patients cope with the effects of cancer and its treatment. ​Chronic pain services - Comprehensive outpatient pain management services. ​Comprehensive inpatient neurological rehabilitation - Hospital-based rehabilitation program for those who require close medical monitoring and management of medical conditions. ​Comprehensive stroke rehabilitation program - Evidence-based treatments support individuals who have had a stroke as they regain daily living skills and become as independent as possible. ​Courage Kenny Kids - Offering physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology. ​Courage Kenny Spine Centers - Provides specialized, nonsurgical treatment for low back and neck pain. ​Spinal Cord Rehabilitation - Offers inpatient and outpatient services for persons with a spinal cord injury. ​Occupational/physical therapy and speech-language pathology - Providing outpatient rehabilitation therapy for patients of all ages. Orthopedic and Musculosketal Care - Providing patients with sprains, strains, pain, and fractures the care they need to assist in helping to reduce pain, increase mobility, avoid future injuries, and get individuals back to living their best life as quickly as possible. Community Services - Driver assessment and training, aquatics, adaptive sports and recreation, community behavioral support and vocational services.
