Meals are provided and children have a small library, games, and computer. The center hosts many classes and programs with learning opportunities for everything from Lakota art, music, building rockets, archery, hand games, horse camps, summer camps, and daily living skills.
There is a community laundromat and food pantry open to the community.

Provides shelter for all suffering from domestic violence and/or sexual assault, and their families. In addition to shelter and food, services include: personal and rape advocacy, support groups, legal advocacy and referrals to other service agencies. The Women's Lodge can hold up to 18 adults and children before anyone has to sleep on the floor. Staff can also make arrangements if at full capacity or for other reasons if need be. Two-thirds of residents are usually children since most bring their children with them to protect them from the abuser's violence.

Provides Obstetrical and Gynecological (OB/GYN) services to women who are eligible (patients are mainly from Rapid City and Red Shirt Table communities, but also any Native American Woman who is eligible for IHS care from any Indian community or tribal land), including consultation and health education services to promote early and adequate prenatal care for pregnant Native American women residing in the Rapid City community.
The clinic follows federal guidelines set forth by IHS; therefore all patients must be registered/eligible with the Oyate Health Center before making an appointment.
Also, offers Sexual Assault Forensic Exams during clinic hours.
