Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Services take into consideration spiritual, physical and emotional needs. Provides assistance to individuals with varying abilities to live as independently as possible through home care services, companion care, personal care, and in-home nursing care.

Offers shelter and services for the victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault; with the goal to build self-esteem and confidence so they may live freely and independently as is their God-given right. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

The Systems of Care (SOC) program is a wraparound approach to delivering services to at-risk youth and families. This program is a free resource available to children under the age of 21 and their families and is meant to be a temporary service to help meet the needs of the child and family. Identified needs include but are not limited to basic needs, social supports, emotional needs, educational needs, community supports, housing supports, health, and safety. This program is meant to be temporary where services will conclude once all needs have been met. In instances where the child or a family member requires additional supports outside of what can be provided through this program, assistance will be provided in obtaining these additional services.

Intensive, non-residential treatment program providing services to children who meet the states' Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria and would not be successful in less restrictive services. Also provides services to their families. Incorporating counseling, case management, and family support services, with the goal of assisting in the development of a nurturing and stable family environment in which children may grow. A counselor along with family, individuals supporting the family, and professionals will develop a customized treatment plan which will assist in meeting the needs of the child and family. Services provided to program participants include 24-hour crisis assistance, counseling services, chemical dependency screenings and assessments, case management, dedication management, psychiatric services, classes and workshops on mental health topics, early childhood mental health services, and play therapy for children ages 0 to 5. Some therapies offered in this program include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART).
