These services include: information on hearing level, assistive technology, language development, and communication opportunities; participation in the development of an individualized Family Service Plan; communication choice support of sign language skills/or training to facilitate listening and spoken language; demonstration of the use of hearing aids, cochlear implants, FM/DM systems, or other forms of listening technology; collaboration with other service providers; and social opportunities and networking for the Deaf community, as well as connecting families raising children who are DHH.

It is used as a transition home while individuals are matching with their potential shared living and host home providers.

ICAP Emergency Services helps with emergency utilities and rent (Rent assistance is NOT available to those residing in Sioux Falls) for income qualified households. Must meet all requirements. Also offers food pantry vouchers to those who qualify (cannot receive SNAP).

Working to reduce motor vehicle crash injuries among children aged 0-8 years old in tribal communities in the Great Plains region. The program includes assessing current child passenger safety capacity and needs, increasing the number of certified child passenger safety technicians in communities, educating families on proper use of child safety seats, and distributing child safety seats to families in need.
