ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

Specialized in topics of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, grief and loss, abuse/sexual abuse, premarital counseling, men's issue's, women's issues, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress management, coping with cancer diagnosis, chronic medical conditions, divorce adjustments, transitions, and parenting concerns. Supervision for LPC, LPC-MH, and LMFT licensure.

Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Offers full-day, structured care that incorporates goal-centered, therapeutic programming. Uniquely Yours will open on non-school days, early release days, and select holidays to ensure children have a safe, supportive environment to go to.

Investigates child abuse and neglect cases by working with the State's Attorney, law enforcement, and community resources to determine extent of alleged child abuse or neglect. Other services include adoptions, licensing of foster homes, assessment services, case management, and intensive family services. Pierre location offers immunizations for Flu, Covid-19, RSV, and Shingles. Customers can download the PocketRx app to set medication/refill reminders, refill prescriptions, manage your family's medications, and communicate with pharmacist.

Urgent care offering services to the public such as allergy symptoms, bug bites, headache and migraines, common infections, foreign object removal, cold and flu symptoms, sexual transmitted infections (STI), lab testing, and DOT, drug screening and worker's comp.

A private, non-profit, community-based human services agency service. Therapists, counselors, and case managers provide: Individual and family counseling (e.g., marriage counseling, parenting skills, trauma informed services, EMDR, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, coping skill development, etc) Addiction and dependency services Evaluations and assessments Social learning programs Systems of Care Prevention services, providing presentations to student and adult groups on a large number of topics and consists of a library that contains over 1,000 items available for check out at the main Lemmon office Offering services via telehealth. Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Provides assessments and therapy for individuals, groups, families, of all ages. Services address alcohol abuse and addiction, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, marriage problems, family problems, adolescent and child adjustment, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, physical abuse, emotional abuse, delinquency problems, parent-child conflicts, stress, depression, spiritual needs, and mid-life issues. Offers telehealth sessions only if it is covered by insurance and client is located in state at the time of the call. Preference is for the first appointment to be face-to-face.

A rental assistance program for Veterans who have been referred and approved through the Veterans Administration (VA). Combines Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance that is administered by SFHRC with ongoing case management, health services, and supportive services administered by the VA Medical Center in Sioux Falls.

Offers the following services to males and females in their reproductive years on a sliding scale - male/female reproductive health exams, birth control services, sexually transmitted infection testing, treatment and education, pregnancy testing, and educational programs to community groups and schools on request, regarding sexually transmitted infections and birth control methods. *Due to Title X funding, parental consent is not required for those under 18.

Provides the food vouchers, prescription expense assistance (medicine only), vision expense assistance (eyeglasses and contacts), and personal care items (laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and hygiene items). Please note, prescription assistance is for those without insurance and it is for one time only! Personal care assistance is once in a calendar year.

Pharmacy services include a wide variety of brand and generic prescription medications, private-label, over-the-counter medications, vaccinations, home medical equipment, email and text message refill reminders, mail services, and pharmacist counseling. This is also a medication disposal site.

Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. If there is insurance, CHIP will pay the deductibles, co-insurance, and possibly some medical services not covered by the private insurance. ​Medicaid: Health care coverage for people who qualify. To be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fall into a coverage group and meet certain financial and non-financial eligibility criteria. Provides help for older adults and people with disabilities.

A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Offers residential behavioral health support to young and old to help individuals cope and thrive in a nurturing environment. Services and amenities include 24/7 care under a registered nurse, private rooms, assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, activities to encourage mental and physical wellbeing, personal laundry and housekeeping services, nutrition services, supervised transportation, individualized plans of care, professional guidance for financial support, and payee services. Also has a partnership with Community Counseling Services.
