A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

A 10-week intensive counseling program for adoptive and foster families with children ages 5-12. Program activities include caregiver education, kids club, and family therapy. Based on Trust Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) principles, HALO program was created by Cindy Lee at HALO Project and has shown amazing results for this population.

Through preschool partnerships, generous financial supporters, and the United Way, the coalition seeks to connect all children to existing high quality preschool programs regardless of their family's ability to pay private tuition. Please note - this program doesn't pay balances due to daycare providers. It is a subsidy for the services going forward

Horizon Health - Aberdeen is full-service medical clinic offering the following services -preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Provides primary LGBTQ+ health care for people up to the age of 21. This includes routine check-ups, sexually transmitted/HIV/pregnancy tests, and sexual health education. An in-house pharmacy is available as well as mental health counseling services. Dr. Amanda Diehl has more than 20 years of experience and trained on LGBTQ+ health care through the Fenway Institute's National LGBT Health Education Center. In addition, the entire staff has been trained to provide an affirming atmosphere for the LGBTQ+ population.

ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

Provides car seat installation and safety checks at any Sioux Falls Fire Station from 8:00am - 8:00pm (CT), Monday - Sunday. ​Individuals are encouraged to call 211 to register before arriving at a fire station.

The therapy process offers the ability to process situations that may be difficult while also giving clients the ability to learn new skills that improve their daily lives and relationships. Other areas of training or expertise include ADHD, Austim Spectrum Disorder, miscarriage and infertility, and women's issues.

Outpatient, voluntary walk-in center for youth in middle and high school who are in crisis or considering suicide. It provides Screenings / Assessments, Observation, De-escalation / Stabilization, and Referrals to appropriate services. ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

A primary care, family medicine clinic that provides comprehensive care for the entire family through all phases of life, from childhood to senior years. Board certified physicians and physician assistants offer health care services sensitive to individual needs. Services include: outpatient counseling for adults and adolescents, family medicine, audiology/hearing aids, bone density screening, childhood & adult immunizations, general surgery, laboratory, OB/GYN, office-based surgery, sports & pre-employment physicals, and x-ray.

Head Start is a comprehensive child development program designed to assist families and their children during the developmental years of 3-5 years of age. The program provides for health care services, educational services, and special needs services for the enrolled child and the opportunity for parents to be engaged in the decision making processes that affect their child's readiness for school.
