Offers telehealth counseling through software called Google Meet to individuals in South Dakota. Preference is to do in-person intake, but can do intake online if in-person is not an option.

Home Health can help patients make a good transition from hospital to home, or receive the help and care they need at home. Services include physical and occupational therapy, medication management, wound care, IVs and central lines, personal care, light housekeeping and meal preparation.

YFS Home-Based Head Start is a federally-funded, no-cost, parent-focused educational program that serves income-eligible families with children, birth to age 5, and expectant parents. YFS Home-Based Head Start strives to support parents as their child's primary educators and advocates. Degreed staff work with families in their homes to provide parents with tools and resources that increase their family's self-sufficiency and enhance their children's social skills and school readiness. Horizon Health - Huron is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, prenatal care, patient education, care management, DOT exams, immigration physicals, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Horizon Health - Huron also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT). Spanish and Karen translators available on-site.

A volunteer based organization that collects and processes clothing and household goods for placement in a free-cycling setting resembling a retail store. All items are free; if someone can make a monetary donation, there is a box for that, but it is not required. There are no restrictions as to who may acquire goods from the store as its primary goal is to relieve the stigma of poverty and conserve the earth through recycling. Donations for the thrift store are accepted, except for mattresses or large furniture items such as appliances and large tables.

A 12-week support group for single/unmarried women with unplanned pregnancies. A baby shower is given at the end of each session.

Individual, couple, and family therapy for a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, marital distress, divorce, blended families, parenting challenges, and grief. Sensitive to indigenous culture through training and direct experience. Telehealth sessions available.

Provides an evening meal for those in need. Meals will be served out of the Nightwatch Van. Meal delivery services are not available.

Works to increase identification of youth and families who have been exposed to traumatic stress and shorten the time it takes to get them into effective treatment programs. Offers free screenings to children who may be experiencing traumatic stress, and then, if information warrants, a full assessment will be scheduled. Youth and families who are identified as experiencing traumatic stress will be referred to appropriate treatment providers. Treatments available at YFS include: Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy Child parent psychotherapy Equine Therapy Problematic sexual behavior-cognitive behavioral therapy Prolonged exposure therapy Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) Integrative treatment for complex trauma Motivational interviewing Also assists community mental health providers' expansion of trauma-focused knowledge and skills through education, training, and collaboration.

Weatherization is a service to assist individuals in providing energy efficient measures in their homes. A GROW South Dakota representative will conduct an energy audit on the home to determine what repairs are cost effective to increase energy efficiency and reduce the cost of utilities. Common repairs include: adding insulation in walls and attics, weather stripping doors and windows, minor repairs, and furnace repairs and replacements. Income guidelines determine eligibility.
