These classes will provide incentives for people when homework is completed and life goals are achieved. Each quarter's class is at a different partnering church. Life INC classes are held in the evening and provide a free meal as well as a free children's ministry/care.

A rental assistance program for Veterans who have been referred and approved through the Veterans Administration (VA). Combines Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance that is administered by SFHRC with ongoing case management, health services, and supportive services administered by the VA Medical Center in Sioux Falls.

Staff has been trained and tested in the care of dementia patients and are supervised and evaluated regularly by Registered Nurses. Services offered are home health, companionship, homemaking assistance, respite care, pediatrics, home care & support services, medical staffing, and long term care assessments.

Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. The Connection Center is a place for people in the community to call in and feel heard. Connection Center volunteers help assess the needs of the caller and are able to provide a referral to the most appropriate help source. Once their need is verified and understood more fully, participants work side-by-side with church volunteers. The end goal is that once their resource or need is met, they have a relationship built and they feel like they have strength to step out of their situation. The Connection Center coordinates the following programs within Love INC and ministries from partner churches: Furniture: Couches, mattresses, bed frames, dressers etc. Furniture Ministry Team helps with pick-ups and deliveries. Some volunteer service required to receive furniture. Household items provided as available. Linens: Items provided as available. Includes bedding sheets and blankets.

Collects and distributes dysphagia supplies to individuals in need, establish a dysphagia awareness advocacy program, provide education services relating to appropriate prescription and use of dysphagia supplies, and conducting research to improve the equitable distribution of dysphagia supplies to people in need and improve the autonomy of people with feeding and swallowing disorders. ​The Dysphagia Food Bank provides tangible assistance to low income individuals with dysphagia across the lifespan by providing access to thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. The food bank is available to all 50 states. Income qualifications apply.

Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.
