ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

Offers clothing and other household goods for persons who wish to use the store's services. If an income-eligible person or family cannot afford to purchase clothing, the Community Service Worker in that county can provide a voucher that allows the person or family to get the clothing at no charge.

A 12-week support group for single/unmarried women with unplanned pregnancies. A baby shower is given at the end of each session.

Provides car seat installation and safety checks at any Sioux Falls Fire Station from 8:00am - 8:00pm (CT), Monday - Sunday. ​Individuals are encouraged to call 211 to register before arriving at a fire station.

Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Early Intervention Program that serves children from birth - 36 months with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. To schedule a developmental screen, contact the local service coordinator.

Food pantry for Sanborn County.

Committed to offering safe and confidential services. Provides individual, couples, and family services for those experiencing personal, relational and psychological issues. Telehealth services available.

Provides furniture, appliances, clothing for all ages, shoes, baby items (car seats, strollers, bouncers, etc.), hygiene/toiletry items, bikes, bedding, kitchenware, and limited decor.

Investigates child abuse and neglect cases by working with the State's Attorney, law enforcement, and community resources to determine extent of alleged child abuse or neglect. Other services include adoptions, licensing of foster homes, assessment services, case management, and intensive family services. To report abuse or neglect, during regular business hours dial 877-244-0864. After business hours, contact local law enforcement.

A community meal is served on Wednesdays followed by fellowship and activities. All are welcome to attend.

Offers individual therapy for adults and adolescents and relationship counseling for couples of all ages. Utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness and experiential practices. Specialties include trauma, relationship stress, infidelity, intimacy issues, history of childhood physical, emotional and sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, social phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anger management, emotional regulation, grief and loss, gender identity, sexual identity, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Special interest in working with women, relationships and LGBTQ+ clients.

Provides an evening meal for those in need. Meals will be served out of the Nightwatch Van. Meal delivery services are not available.

Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Offers grants up to $250.00 which enables clients to accept work that requires tools, uniforms, licensees, etc.

Retail pharmacy and a medication disposal site. Services provided are immunizations, medical equipment/supplies, smoking cessation, and pain management. Also sells OTC medications.

Therapists, counselors, and case managers provide: Individual and family counseling (e.g., marriage counseling, parenting skills, trauma informed services, EMDR, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, coping skill development, etc.) Addiction and dependency services Evaluations and assessments Social learning programs Systems of Care Prevention services, providing presentations to student and adult groups on a large number of topics and consists of a library that contains over 1,000 items available for check out at the main Lemmon office Offering services via telehealth. Provides a monthly dinner church service in which people gather around tables and are nourished through Word and Sacrament as a sense of belonging.

Provides food, gas, and lodging assistance to those in need. Additional assistance is offered for utilities and some rent.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Black Hills Urgent Care offers injury and illness care, immunizations and vaccinations, basic physicals and physicals for school, sports, and employment, and occupational medicine. COVID-19 tests are available.

Individuals MUST go to one of the monthly distributions to receive services. Monthly distribution of household products (specifically diapers, laundry soap, toilet paper, and feminine hygiene products). Individuals/families can visit one of the following distribution locations, only once per month. This program does not offer deliveries.

Provides the following mental health services: adult psychiatry, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), medication management, counseling (individual, family, couple, marriage, and play therapy for children), psychological testing, several support groups, and parenting classes.
