Comprehensive child development services through home-based, center-based options, includes developmental screening, written individual child development plans, weekly activities to promote child's development, and parent involvement program.

A full continuum of mental health and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include assessments, individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who face substance use disorders, transitional care and aftercare counseling for adults and adolescents, trauma-focused treatment for children/adolescents and their families impacted by traumatic events. This can address a multitude of circumstances including COVID-related trauma, physical/ /sexual/emotional abuse, witness of violence, household incarceration, family substance abuse, mental illness, parent separation or divorce, medical, grief or refugee trauma, and bullying, neglect, disasters and more. ​Also offers MRT (Moral Recognition Therapy), CBISA (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Substance Abuse), and Telehealth services.

Providing clinical health services for all ages, including Medications for Opioid Use Disorder, senior care, maternity, pediatric, men's health, LGBTQ+ care, vaccinations, lab services, and telehealth visits. A Community Health Worker is also available to help coordinate services.

ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

Provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with experience in anxiety, mood, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, sexual abuse, domestic violence, low self-esteem, self-harm behaviors, anger management, assisting children affected by divorce, behavior management, attachment issues, personality disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Specialties include trauma work utilizing trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapies, play therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Only offering services via telehealth.

Provides services to adults and adolescents; service specialty areas for adults include post-partum emotional response, infant loss, depression, anxiety, insomnia, life changes and adjustments; service specialty areas for adolescents include parent/child relationships, bullying, peer and relationship issues, and life adjustments.

Promotes school readiness, parent/family involvement, healthy child development, and healthy family functioning through opportunities in classroom/center activities and events, volunteering, a parent committee, and a policy council. Provides services primarily to low-income families and children with disabilities. ​

Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

​Specialized therapy (including occupational, speech, behavior and physical therapies) and psychology services for individuals of all ages in Sioux Falls. Therapists provide specialized treatments in assistive technology, seating and positioning, feeding and swallowing, augmentative communication, sensory integration, pediatric bowel and bladder incontinence; visual motor/perception; torticollis treatment; serial casting; behavior management; and screenings and evaluations of Autism.

An educational program designed to help parents become the best parents they can be, while at the same time giving them the opportunity to earn some of the items necessary to meet the physical needs of their babies. As parents learn valuable information on pregnancy care and parenting skills, they earn Mommy Money and Man Bucks to use in the Baby Boutique for items such as clothing, furniture, and baby items.

WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Individual, family, couples, and play therapy serving children, adolescents, and adults. Specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse. Certified in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Call for information regarding help available for transition of clients who are moving out of state for college or other reasons until they can find a local therapist. In an emergency, helps existing clients via phone or secure email, or anyone in need of immediate help.

Clinic provides primary care, mental health, and telehealth services. No emergency services are provided at the clinic. Specialty services include: Women's Health Care, Whole Care, Military Sexual Trauma Care, PTSD Care, Returning Service Member Care Management. Mental Health services (may be offered via telehealth): Individual, couples, and group psychotherapy

Weekly meal is provided at the Community Center. It is prepared by local church groups and various other service groups. All meals are being served inside. Also provides a winter outerwear room for anyone in need of a coat, gloves, hats, etc. Senior Box Distribution is available. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

Provides marriage and family counseling, pregnancy counseling, grief counseling, trauma-informed counseling, career counseling, domestic violence/spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling, child abuse survivor counseling, parent counseling, and telemental health.

Teaching aspects of child passenger safety along with proper installation in the vehicle. Convertible car seats are provided at no cost to SD residents who are also income-eligible.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Provides long-term nursing facility care and short-term inpatient rehab care to individuals of all ages. Provides 24-hour nursing care. Individualized care plans are developed upon admission and reviewed on a regular basis. Services include activities, dining, spiritual care, and social services.
