Through preschool partnerships, generous financial supporters, and the United Way, the coalition seeks to connect all children to existing high quality preschool programs regardless of their family's ability to pay private tuition. Strives to help county residents facing a possible financial crisis resolve the issue and prevent future financial problems first through Case Management, especially for people who are homeless or at risk to be homeless. Services include assessing the situation and making a plan to address the issues, connecting families and individuals to community resources, and following up with individuals to provide support. Provides limited financial assistance as a last resort for those considered indigent and are residents of Codington County. The office may be able to help with homelessness, eviction prevention, utility disconnects, burials (must be referred by the funeral home), and emergency medical costs. CCCS is leading new initiatives which include support for individuals in the justice system such as adult diversion, pretrial services and re-entry support, and a Post Overdose Response Team.

The Child Care Helpline identifies child care providers for all families, including people with non-traditional work schedules and parents of children with special needs. A Christian counseling agency ​providing individual, marriage, and family outpatient therapy as well as medication evaluation and management. Also provides various prevention education programs to churches and civic organizations on an as-requested basis.

​ An incentive and education based program for limited income pregnant teens, women and families. The goal is to promote healthier pregnancies, healthier babies and an overall healthier community. Those who qualify and participate in the programs may earn teddy credits which can be exchanged for new baby items, such as baby clothes, blankets, bottles, highchairs and strollers. Volunteers work hands-on with the women enrolled in assisting them with registration, counting and spending their teddy credits or points, picking out new baby items and possibly carrying incentive items to their cars.

Provides car seat installation and safety checks at any Sioux Falls Fire Station from 8:00am - 8:00pm (CT), Monday - Sunday. ​Individuals are encouraged to call 211 to register before arriving at a fire station.

Offers free food to anyone 18 years of age or older. There is no restriction on who can come, or how many times you can come. A pre-packaged box of food in a drive thru style giveaway. Guests will stay in their vehicles and will follow a predetermined route via the north entrance of the fairgrounds off of Madison Street. Pet food also now available, supply is limited. Food (boxed) or pet food delivery available for those who cannot otherwise get to the giveaway on a limited basis. Services include family medicine, family wellness exams, fracture care, geriatric care, minor surgical procedures, pediatric care, prenatal/gynecology, and vaccinations.

Also offers referrals for health care, housing solutions, employment, substance use treatment, mental health counseling, and other essential services.
