Also builds ramps, eliminates trip hazards, make accessibility modifications, and install grab bars. ​The items are donated, new and gently used, by individuals, corporations, businesses, and contractors. Proceeds from ReStore sales fund Habitat's Aging in Place program to help folks stay in their homes safely, for longer. The ReStore also diverts thousands of pounds of waste from the landfill each year.

Provides home care and nursing services to anyone 18 years or older who needs assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) due to illness, injury, disability, or aging. Services take into consideration spiritual, physical and emotional needs. Provides assistance to individuals with varying abilities to live as independently as possible through home care services, companion care, personal care, and in-home nursing care.

Providing academic support, mentorship, recreational activities and career guidance for students in 6th - 12th grade. Nourishing meals and snacks are provided.

A community meal is served on Wednesdays followed by fellowship and activities. All are welcome to attend.

Provides insight and information regarding typical behaviors and the stages of development in children. From birth to their first day of school and beyond, Avera's Family Life Educators are available to help every step of the way. Offers a variety of training opportunities for parents, babysitters, and child care centers/providers. Training and classes include personalized Childcare Provider Training, Babysitting Classes for Tweens aged 10-13, and Home Alone Class for children ages 9-13. The Temperament Project can help better understand a child and can help choose appropriate techniques that fit a child's unique approach to life. Completing a Temperament Profile will give an individualized graph containing details of the child's characteristics in each of the 9 Temperament Traits. Provides long-term nursing facility care, short-term rehabilitation, memory care services, and respite services. Services include but are not limited to assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, 24-hour nursing care, dietary services, recreational activities, life enrichment programs, and spiritual programs.

TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) is a temporary public assistance work program administered by the Department of Social Services in partnership with the Department of Labor and Regulation. It is designed to provide temporary assistance and build economic self-sufficiency for children and families. Eligibility and income guidelines are available by phone or by visiting the website.

The City of Lennox has two parks for residents to enjoy and visit. Westerman Park features a playground, picnic shelters, baseball and softball diamonds, tennis court, horseshoe pits, basketball court, skate park, band shelter, campground, and a flower garden for participants of the Community Garden. West Evergreen Park offers playground equipment, picnic shelter, and two sand volleyball courts.

ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

The Miller City Pool offers a variety of aquatic programs for people of all ages and swimming abilities. Activities include swimming lessons, open swim, lap swim, and water aerobics. Pool Rentals are available upon request. The Kiwanis Park, a basketball court and tennis court is located next to the pool.

WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

K-5 (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) provides care and programming outside of classroom hours in several locations in Sioux Falls, Brandon and Harrisburg. Activities are designed to meet each age level's academic, social and emotional needs. Signature programs offer additional options for character and leadership, health and wellness, sports and recreation and Education/STEM/Arts focus. Scholarships are available for families in need.

Provides a support group for anyone who cares for someone with any of the following: wounds to the head or head injury, motor vehicle or bicycle accidents, falls, partner violence or physical abuse, lead poisoning, drug overdose, long-term neurocognitive or neuropsychiatric complications from stroke, birth defects, and any illness or disease. Provides an online community that provides peer-to-peer support that is tailored to meet the special needs of caregivers to persons with moderate-to-severe brain injuries or disease. This group believes there is always hope and will to never give up on survivors because mutual support and sharing are an important part of the caregiving process.

Provides prescription and over the counter medications, diabetes care, medication therapy management, PharmaSmart blood pressure monitoring program and vaccines. Vitamins and supplements are also available. Customers can download the Coborn's Pharmacy app to refill medications, set up reminders, and track your refill status.

Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. If there is insurance, CHIP will pay the deductibles, co-insurance, and possibly some medical services not covered by the private insurance. ​Medicaid: Health care coverage for people who qualify. To be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fall into a coverage group and meet certain financial and non-financial eligibility criteria. Pharmacy Services include private consultation, medication therapy management services, home and mail delivery, durable medical equipment, medication synchronization, compounding, over the counter medications, and first aid supplies. Pierre location offers immunizations for Flu, Covid-19, RSV, and Shingles. Customers can download the PocketRx app to set medication/refill reminders, refill prescriptions, manage your family's medications, and communicate with pharmacist.
