A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

An adolescent outpatient, time-limited, intensive, and coordinated clinical treatment program with the goal of stabilization with the intention of averting inpatient hospitalization or reducing the length of a hospital stay. Partial Hospital Program (PHP): Serves as a positive alternative when individual counseling does not fully meet the needs of the individual and when inpatient care is not necessary. 5 days per week, 4 hours per day. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): The goal of program is to provide support while promoting independence, growth, individuality and self-reliance. Clients are assisted in learning new and more effective coping skills while remaining in their homes and their jobs. Generally 7 - 11 hours of structured programming per week consisting of counseling and education groups.

Child's Voice is a nationally accredited Child Advocacy Center that provides medical evaluations for children who may be victims of abuse and neglect. The primary goal of all children's advocacy centers is to ensure that children disclosing abuse are not further victimized by the intervention systems designed to protect them. Children are referred to Child's Voice by law enforcement, Child Protective Services and medical professionals. Child's Voice uses a multidisciplinary team approach to evaluate children with suspected child abuse and neglect. This means that law enforcement, child protection, medical professionals, counselors, state's attorneys and victim advocates all work together to coordinate an effective response for the child and their family. Child's Voice provides forensic interviews, medical exams, family consultations, and advocacy.

Repeat home buyer loan program offers low interest, fixed rate mortgage loans and cash assistance Governors' House Program for income qualified individuals and families. Administers federal programs for development and management of multifamily housing, housing counseling, and homelessness services. Home buyer education Down payment assistance Home improvement loans i.e.. CHIP (Community Home Improvement Program) which is for low income homeowners (limit is 120% of median income) to make repairs or improvements to their home. Interest rate is 2.9%. Paratransit services available to persons with disabilities, and features curb-to-curb service. Lift equipped buses for individuals with special needs. Clients must provide their own wheelchair equipped with foot pedals. Will not do any lifting. Clients provide own assistance. Transportation is provided for pre-school age children daily. Bus from Redfield to Aberdeen 1st Thursday of each month.

Provides free pregnancy tests, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, STD testing, pregnancy options counseling, after abortion care, medical and community referrals, and healthy relationships.

Provides medication management and psychotherapy for ages 5 and up. Providers consist of a psychiatrist and 2 nurse practitioners. In-person appointments, as well as telehealth services available. Spravato treatments offered at the clinic site. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) also available. Mental health services include, but are not limited to the following: depression; anxiety; panic; insomnia; alcohol abuse; personality disorders; opioid abuse; binge eating; etc.

The Connection Center is a place for people in the community to call in and feel heard. Connection Center volunteers help assess the needs of the caller and are able to provide a referral to the most appropriate help source. Once their need is verified and understood more fully, participants work side-by-side with church volunteers. The end goal is that once their resource or need is met, they have a relationship built and they feel like they have strength to step out of their situation. The Connection Center coordinates the following programs within Love INC and ministries from partner churches: Furniture: Couches, mattresses, bed frames, dressers etc. Furniture Ministry Team helps with pick-ups and deliveries. Some volunteer service required to receive furniture. Household items provided as available. Linens: Items provided as available. Includes bedding sheets and blankets.

Offers parenting classes using 3 different Love and Logic parenting curriculums. Love and Logic Adults Supporting Youth With Challenging Pasts (ASYWCP) is a trauma-focused parenting curriculum. This is suitable for professionals and families with older children and/or a mix of ages. It is also helpful for adults who have a history of their own trauma. Parenting the Love and Logic Way is suitable for professionals and families with children of all ages, including young children. Love and Logic Supporting Youth With Special Needs provides additional information and skills for parents and individuals working with children/youth with disabilities. This class is for those who have completed either of the other curriculums. Each curriculum is generally taught in 2-hour blocks of time but can be adjusted to meet individual, family and group needs and circumstances. Participants receive a workbook, certificate of completion, 12-20 hours of instruction and on-going support for up to 6 months following course completion if desired. Classes provided at mutually agreed locations including but not limited to libraries and churches. Participants required to attend and complete parenting classes are encouraged to check whether these classes meet the necessary requirements for their particular situation.

Provides counseling to children, adolescents, and their families in the Black Hills area. Issues that are addressed include: ADHD, adoption and foster care, adjustment to life situations, anxiety, anger management, behavioral concerns, coping skills, depression, family conflict, FASD, oppositional defiance, parenting, suicidal ideation, stress management, and trauma (including emotional, physical, and sexual abuse). Telehealth available and determined on a case by case basis.

A full-service medical clinic with lab x-ray services onsite as well as wellness exams, vaccinations, and procedures.

Areas of care include anxiety, blended families, career changes, caregiver support, communication, depression, divorce, grief and loss, identity, infertility, life transition and adjustments, parenting, stress, women's health and wellness through the life span. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Christian Counseling. In office and telehealth services are available.

Residential behavioral/group care program for abused and neglected youth offers youth 24-hour supervision. Services offered include individual therapy, treatment planning, mental health evaluation, group therapy, collaboration with parents/guardians/ foster parents, referral agency, schools or other provider, and educational services provided in program.

Community-based counseling center that provide a wide range of social and psychological services, including professional readjustment counseling to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families. Bereavement services for family members is also available. Readjustment counseling is offered to make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Individual, group, couples, and family counseling is offered in addition to referral and connection to other VA or community benefits and services.
