If an income-eligible person or family cannot afford to purchase the clothing, the Community Service Worker in that county can provide a voucher that allows the person or family to get the clothing at no charge.

Treasures Thrift Store is a non-profit business that supports Northern Hills Training Center (NHTC). All of the merchandise comes from donations from the surrounding communities, with all of the profits from sales going back to NHTC. Treasures thrift store sells items (including mattresses when available) at affordable prices.

An educational program designed to help parents become the best parents they can be, while at the same time giving them the opportunity to earn some of the items necessary to meet the physical needs of their babies. As parents learn valuable information on pregnancy care and parenting skills, they earn Mommy Money and Man Bucks to use in the Baby Boutique for items such as clothing, furniture, and baby items.

Services include spiritual services, utility bill expense assistance (on individual case basis), rent payment assistance (on individual case basis), mortgage payment assistance (on individual case basis), clothing, shelter, emergency services, character building programs, and offer some hotel assistance if funding allows. A clothing store featuring chic, new or barely used clothing for children to adults. The boutique is a non-profit endeavor to assist persons in the community who may find themselves in a disadvantaged position. A free-will offering is accepted and any money received is put back into the boutique for clothing or supplies.

A volunteer based organization that collects and processes clothing and household goods for placement in a free-cycling setting resembling a retail store. All items are free; if someone can make a monetary donation, there is a box for that, but it is not required. There are no restrictions as to who may acquire goods from the store as its primary goal is to relieve the stigma of poverty and conserve the earth through recycling. Donations for the thrift store are accepted, except for mattresses or large furniture items such as appliances and large tables.
