Start Making It Livable for Everyone (SMILE) classes for separating and divorcing parents with children under the age of 18, designed to: inform parents how to better understand the effects of divorce; assist parents to understand the needs of their children; help parents learn what they can do to create a nurturing and safe environment so their children can recover and feel good about themselves; inform parents how to prevent destructive game playing that is common among divorce; help parents gain problem solving skills; and let parents know they are not alone. Pre-Abortion Screenings: Option 1 does not perform or refer for abortions. A pre-abortion screening includes a pregnancy test, possible ultrasound and STD test, all at no cost. The ultrasound helps determine if an abortion or abortion pills are needed, as approximately 1 in 4 pregnancies end on their own. An STD test is recommended before an abortion due to the risk of pelvic infection. Pregnancy Test & Ultrasound Appointments: Option 1 provides a medical grade urine pregnancy test and a possible ultrasound, all at no cost.
