Outpatient Rehabilitation | Sanford Health

Provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for individuals in need of rehabilitation. Must have a referral from a medical doctor prior to treatment. The outpatient center is equipped to treat a wide variety of neurologically and orthopedically involved patients. The Rehabilitation Center also provides work-hardening, work conditioning functional capacity evaluations, return to work evaluations/conditioning, on-site job analysis, ergonomic assessments, driver's evaluation and training, and job site safety education.
