Skilled Services Home health care includes a range of skilled clinical services provided by licensed professionals. These services are typically prescribed by a physician and may include: Nursing Care - Monitoring health status, managing medications, wound care, and providing education on disease management. NOTE: Medication management alone is not a skilled need under Medicare guidelines. Physical Therapy - Assisting patients in regaining strength, mobility, and functional ability following illness, injury, or surgery. Occupational Therapy - Helping individuals improve their ability to perform daily activities and promoting adaptations to increase safety and independence at home. Speech Therapy - Addressing communication disorders, cognitive-linguistic impairments, and swallowing difficulties. Home Care Services Home care focuses on assisting with daily living activities and creating a safe, comfortable living environment. These services are typically provided by trained aides or caregivers and may include:

• Personal Care - Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Homemaking Services - Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Respite Care - Provided to give caregivers and loved ones relief.
