Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Services provided are individual counseling, divorce counseling, faith based counseling, youth counseling, parent counseling, family counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, terminal illness counseling, child abuse counseling, crime victim/witness counseling, geriatric psychiatry, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Informed Therapy. Areas of training or expertise include rural mental health - meeting farmers, ranchers, and their families where they are at, often times at their farm. Hours can be accommodated to fit the harvest/planting schedule; anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, life transitions, farm succession, parenting strategies, communication styles, and trauma. Counseling sessions are also available via telehealth.

A psychiatric hospital offering a wide range of services for geriatric, adult, adolescent, and child patients. This center approaches patient care with a special emphasis on trauma-informed care as well as biological, psychological, and social concerns. - Inpatient Treatment: Available for patients ages 5 and older. All patients will be psychiatrically assessed and treated by a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist. Additionally, experienced nurses and patient care technicians provide individual specialized attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hospitalization Process: If hospitalization is required, patients are provided a full physical examination and medical evaluation at the Rapid City Monument Hospital Emergency Department prior to hospitalization.
