Provides nursing facility and short-term rehabilitation care in a home-like environment with individualized care plans. Services include but are not limited to 24-hour nursing care, wound care management, nutrition services, safety systems, pain management, recreational activities, in-house pet therapy, physical/occupational/speech therapy, and restorative therapy. Also provides memory support, hospice, respite care services.

Paula Lain Counseling (PLC) is a female-led counseling service that offers sessions for individuals, families, couples, and adolescents, with a particular emphasis on animal-assisted therapy.

Offers therapeutic interventions and healing in a variety of ways, including creative outlets like play, music and art. Specific approaches include: Individual counseling, Dialectical behavioral therapy, LGBTQ+ counseling, Child abuse survivor counseling for adults, Couples (conjoint) counseling, Faith based counseling, Adolescent/youth counseling, Parent counseling, Spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling, Mass shooting counseling, Grief/bereavement counseling, Child abuse counseling, Family counseling, Play therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy.
