Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.

Provides mental health and addictions assessments, early intervention, intensive outpatient treatment, and aftercare services for individuals, couples, and families.
