Mosaic Arts and Events (formerly known as Museum of Visual Materials) is an historic and LEED Platinum Green Building. Offers free and low cost art classes and camps for kids Mondays through Wednesdays. The historic building is also an events venue for weddings, receptions, fundraisers, holiday parties and more. The Old Courthouse Museum was Minnehaha County's first courthouse, built in 1889 with a 165 foot clock tower. The museum features three floors of history related exhibits, along with a variety of educational programming including historic walking tours, kids activities including summer camps, concerts, and much more.
