Provides home care and nursing services to anyone 18 years or older who needs assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) due to illness, injury, disability, or aging. Services take into consideration spiritual, physical and emotional needs. Provides assistance to individuals with varying abilities to live as independently as possible through home care services, companion care, personal care, and in-home nursing care.

Clutterers Anonymous (CLA) is a 12-Step program modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous, where individuals share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem with clutter and help each other to recover. Provides free pregnancy tests, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, STD testing, pregnancy options counseling, after abortion care, medical and community referrals, and healthy relationships.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Home Modifications Adaptive Devices: Provides home modifications and adaptive devices, which could include ramps, lift chairs, bathroom modifications, reachers, canes, walkers and more. Telecommunication Adaptive Devices: Provides adapted telecommunication services, which includes an emergency phone dialer. American's with Disabilities Act: Serves as educators and consultants for contractors, businesses, organizations, and individuals regarding the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its guidelines and requirements. Assistive Daily Living Services: Provides services for people ages 18 and older, with physical disabilities affecting all four limbs, who need assistance with daily living activities. Services include program education and support and personal attendant services. Home Again South Dakota: Provides options for older adults and/or people with disabilities living in nursing homes, hospitals, or long-term care facilities to enable them to successfully return to their homes and communities. Helps individuals identify barriers to living on their own, helps them find a place to live that meets their needs, and helps them find the services and supports they need to continue living independently.

Offering CPR/AED and First Aid courses, Lifeguard Course and Review, and Water Safety Instructor Training.

Supplies personal care items and cleaning items on a monthly basis. Many items are available on a scale according to the size of the item and the size of the family.

Provides provides individual counseling for anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, personality disorders, and marital issues. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and reprocessing therapy.

Clinic locations offer family care to Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. Provides a variety of services for family and primary care (including flu shots) as well as prenatal care and OB/GYN. Other health services include yearly checkups, treatment of minor illnesses, and management of chronic conditions.

Campus Kids is a staff supervised site based mentoring program specifically for children waiting for a Big Brother or Big Sister. It meets once a week at the South Dakota Mines campus and is led by college students Campus Kids Leaders.

Services include spiritual services, utility bill expense assistance (on individual case basis), rent payment assistance (on individual case basis), mortgage payment assistance (on individual case basis), clothing, shelter, emergency services, character building programs, and offer some hotel assistance if funding allows. Mobile Vet Center (MVC) are large mobile vehicles with space for confidential counseling and are used to provide outreach to individuals in communities that are distant from existing services. Also provides emergency services in response to national emergencies and disasters.

An outpatient clinic providing primary care, laboratory and pathology testing, mental health care, and suicide prevention.

To assist children and youth in the Pierre and Fort Pierre Public Elementary Schools who may not have enough food to eat at home by providing them with easy-to-prepare weekend meals and snacks throughout the school year when no other feeding program is available. Families must register through their school.

Locates children that are new born to 5 years of age who are suspected of having developmental delays or mental and/or physical disabilities in order to provide early intervention services. Services include screening children for developmental delays, referring children requiring further evaluation to the appropriate agencies, and providing parents with training, educational materials, and monetary and transportation assistance.
