Connection Center volunteers help assess the needs of the caller and are able to provide a referral to the most appropriate help source. Once their need is verified and understood more fully, participants work side-by-side with church volunteers. The end goal is that once their resource or need is met, they have a relationship built and they feel like they have strength to step out of their situation.
