An outpatient counseling center that specializes in mental health therapy, marriage and family therapy and substance abuse, gambling and pornography addiction, along with other compulsive behaviors. Services are offered in a safe, graced filled environment where an authentic connection with a therapist and client is formed. The CWOY Support Navigator program is designed to provide support for American Indian youth, adults, and their families in the He Sapa area who struggle with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. CWOY Support Navigators act as mentors, advocates, and resource guides for American Indian youth, adults, and families needing support for their healing and personal growth. Services offered include one-on-one mentorship, advocacy, individualized care planning, outings, activities and workshops, transportation to appointments, collaboration with behavioral health resources, coordination for success in academic programs, communication with family members, connecting participants to peer and community programs in support of healing goals, skill-building, mental health counseling, and therapeutic circles.

Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Court-approved provider for chemical dependency assessments, counseling and treatment services. Adolescents can be seen for chemical dependency evaluations, individual therapy and aftercare group. ​Specialized counseling services available (individual, couples, family and group therapy) for pain management-related difficulties. Dual-credentialed therapists licensed in mental health and addictions. Telemedicine counseling services including CD assessments and individual therapy. Anyone can participate in this service. Accredited by the State of South Dakota as well as by the Joint Commission (JCAHO).

Residential program offering 24-hour supervision, intensive 45-60 day program offering addiction recovery therapy. Seeks to meet each youth's educational, emotional, health, and family needs. Services offered include free assessments, mental health evaluation, treatment planning, group and individual therapy, aftercare planning, aftercare groups, 12-step groups, advocacy and referrals.

Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Suicide Prevention Specialist programming to assist with prevention activities.

South Dakota court approved treatment provider and provides court approved alcohol and drug assessments/evaluations and screenings including Individual 1st Offender DUI Education, Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) and Aftercare. Offering Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT); Behavior Modification; Clinical Supervision; Reunification Therapy; Psychological Evaluations/Screenings; Parenting Coordination, Play Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, Substance Use Prevention, Assessments for Substance Use Disorders, Psychological Assessments, Fit for Duty Evaluations and First Responder Counseling.
