Provides a full range of primary healthcare services including physical exams, chronic disease management, acute illness management, physicals, well child exams, children/adolescent/men/women healthcare services, immunizations, telemedicine related to medical and mental health needs, certified laboratory services, All Women Count services, assistance with Marketplace insurance enrollment, and allergy injections. Some sites provide Department of Transportation physicals. Nurse triage available for after-hours calls. Situation will be assessed by a registered nurse with further guidance provided. Strives to meet the needs of all patients, including the underinsured and underserved and offers services at a reduced rate to those who qualify.

The Connection Center is a place for people in the community to call in and feel heard. Connection Center volunteers help assess the needs of the caller and are able to provide a referral to the most appropriate help source. Once their need is verified and understood more fully, participants work side-by-side with church volunteers. The end goal is that once their resource or need is met, they have a relationship built and they feel like they have strength to step out of their situation. The Connection Center coordinates the following programs within Love INC and ministries from partner churches: Furniture: Couches, mattresses, bed frames, dressers etc. Furniture Ministry Team helps with pick-ups and deliveries. Some volunteer service required to receive furniture. Household items provided as available. Linens: Items provided as available. Includes bedding sheets and blankets.

Provides support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress management, and emotional wellness for adolescents and adults. Offers couples, marriage, and premarital counseling with a focus on healthy communication and connection. Services are available in person as well as through secure telehealth.

Bright Start is a community-based, voluntary program which implements the evidence based Nurse Family Partnership model to provide nurse home visitation services to families during pregnancy, after delivery and may continue until the child's second birthday. Services include prenatal, maternal and infant/child health assessments and education; and health, safety and nutrition education. Families are linked with resources such as prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric medical care, family planning services, mental health services, job training, literacy services, employment opportunities, housing, substance abuse treatment, early childhood assessment and intervention opportunities, and other community resources

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Provides pharmacy services such as prescription refills and transfers, medication therapy management, immunizations, durable medical equipment, long term care, and over the counter medications. This is a medical disposal take-back site. Customers can download the PocketRx mobile app to refill medications, set medication reminders, manage prescriptions, and have medications delivered to your door.

Head Start is a comprehensive child development program designed to assist families and their children during the developmental years of 3-5 years of age. The program provides for health care services, educational services, and special needs services for the enrolled child and the opportunity for parents to be engaged in the decision making processes that affect their child's readiness for school. Play therapy offered to children ages 3-12 along with family counseling and parenting support. Areas of specialty include trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment challenges, foster care placement, developmental delays and behavioral challenges. Emphasis placed on supporting the child and their caregiver(s) collaboratively in order to find success and improved functioning.

NeSoDak specializes in summer youth programs, including 1-2-3 camps (two nights) for elementary youth, half-week and week-long camps for middle school through junior high youth, Servant Journey and adventures camps. Klein Ranch - Klein Ranch is a unique camp that offers youth the opportunity to begin to stretch their boundaries, and abilities, as they ride horses on 2,300 acres of Wild West ranch country. Campers can spend a week exploring the prairie on horseback and participating in other activities, such as hiking the mini badlands, having an overnight campout, playing games and more. Through the camp's small group community, youth strengthen their identity and gain depth in their faith. At Klein Ranch, youth also develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and for others as they care for the animals at the camp. Outlaw Ranch - Located amongst granite outcroppings in the southern Black Hills, Outlaw Ranch is open year round, offering summer youth camps, family camp, year round retreats for youth and adults, as well as hosting business gatherings and family reunions. Outlaw Ranch is known across the country for its top notch family camps, bringing youth and families together.

WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Weatherization is a service to assist individuals in providing energy efficient measures in their homes. A GROW South Dakota representative will conduct an energy audit on the home to determine what repairs are cost effective to increase energy efficiency and reduce the cost of utilities. Common repairs include: adding insulation in walls and attics, weather stripping doors and windows, minor repairs, and furnace repairs and replacements. Income guidelines determine eligibility.
