The deadline for completed applications will be Friday, May 1, 2026.
To qualify, an applicant must meet the following criteria:
Applicant must own and occupy the home
Applicant or dependent, must have a permanent disability OR be 65 years of age or older
The home must be within Lincoln, Minnehaha, McCook or Turner counties
Applicant's home must be a single-family dwelling. Income guidelines apply, see application.
Improvements will not be done on mobile homes. Materials are donated through the Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation and through the Housing Division of the City of Sioux Falls.
