Outpatient mental health counseling center providing 100% free services to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, and their families. Part of the US Department of Veterans Affairs but separate from the VA Medical Centers, with separate and confidential medical records. Offering individual, group, and couples counseling both in Rapid City and at a number of Community Access Points in the Black Hills. Also, a referral service and can point Veterans in the right direction for any information they may need in terms of accessing benefits, enrolling in VA health care, etc. Specialty is helping Veterans readjust successfully into civilian life, and provides counseling for a wide range of problems, from mental health issues like PTSD, depression, and anxiety to life stressor issues such as work-related or relationship difficulties. Provides free bereavement counseling for loved ones of service members who died while on active duty or Veterans who died by suicide.

Designed to accommodate 14 veterans each day. Services include shelter, 3 meals a day, case management, helping replacing documents (birth certificates and IDs), benefit review, and employment search assistance.

The Boys & Girls Club of Moody County offers a comprehensive Summer Recreation Program for youth ages 5 through 6th grade. One exception is T-Ball, which is available for youth ages 4 through 6. Summer Recreation includes organized recreational leagues and activities led by contracted coaches and instructors, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, football, T-Ball, golf, track and field, art, science, and theatre. Families should note that Summer Recreation registration includes Club access only during the dates and times of the specific Summer Recreation activity or camp. Youth registered for Summer Recreation only are not automatically eligible for full-day Club programming, Monday through Friday care, field trips, pool outings, or additional fee-based activities. A Boys & Girls Club membership is required for youth to attend the Club throughout the summer, Monday through Friday, and to participate in additional field trips, pool outings, and fee-based activities. Club members have access to onsite programs designed to keep youth engaged, learning, and thriving all summer long. Programming includes academic enrichment, STEM activities, arts and crafts, healthy lifestyle activities, character and leadership development, and social-emotional learning opportunities. Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Provides car seat installation and safety checks at any Sioux Falls Fire Station from 8:00am - 8:00pm (CT), Monday - Sunday. ​Individuals are encouraged to call 211 to register before arriving at a fire station.

ICAP Emergency Services helps with emergency utilities and rent (Rent assistance is NOT available to those residing in Sioux Falls) for income qualified households. Must meet all requirements. Also offers food pantry vouchers to those who qualify (cannot receive SNAP).

The VA Surgery / Specialty Care Service Line includes the following services: Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology, Urology, general surgery, Opthalmology, Podiatry, Audiology, Optometry, Dental, GI Endoscopy, and Proctology.

Offering acute care to patients with the following symptoms: rashes/minor burns or scrapes/bumps; UTI (urinary tract infections); cough; cold; allergies; asthma; fever; ear and sinus pain; nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; sore throat; pink eye; and COVID-19 screening. Also offers primary care, chronic disease management, pre-surgical visits, medical weight management, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Offers appointments via telehealth.

ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

Monthly breakfast meal is served on the 2nd Sunday during the months of September to May. ​Serves a full breakfast for 10 days during the Sturgis Rally.
