Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Services take into consideration spiritual, physical and emotional needs. Provides assistance to individuals with varying abilities to live as independently as possible through home care services, companion care, personal care, and in-home nursing care.

Provides mental health services to adolescent and youth. Services offered include: individual counseling, child abuse counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adolescent/youth counseling, parent counseling, and tele-mental health

Pharmacy Services include private consultation, medication therapy management services, home and mail delivery, durable medical equipment, medication synchronization, compounding, over the counter medications, and first aid supplies. Pierre location offers immunizations for Flu, Covid-19, RSV, and Shingles. Customers can download the PocketRx app to set medication/refill reminders, refill prescriptions, manage your family's medications, and communicate with pharmacist.

Primary care clinic providing family and internal medicine to those without insurance. Specifically, treating chronic and acute conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, indigestion, physicals, colds/cough/flu, eat and throat infections, sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment, and immunizations.

Provides the food vouchers, prescription expense assistance (medicine only), vision expense assistance (eyeglasses and contacts), and personal care items (laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and hygiene items). Please note, prescription assistance is for those without insurance and it is for one time only! Personal care assistance is once in a calendar year.

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.

Provides long-term nursing facility care, short-term rehabilitation, memory care services, and respite services. Services include but are not limited to assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, 24-hour nursing care, dietary services, recreational activities, life enrichment programs, and spiritual programs.

Providing care for residents in the Clark community. Services include annual physicals, baby wellness checks, prenatal care, regular checkups, school and athletic physicals, internal medicine, and vaccinations.

Provides a nutritious and kid-friendly package of food to children 18 years old or younger in need over the weekends during the summer months. Families may receive one backpack per child once a week. Does not offer emergency housing assistance. Families pre-apply and are placed on the waiting list. As opening become available families are contacted. Families are given a voucher to rent with in the community or rent an apartment or home from HRCP. Yearly qualifications are required from the tenant to maintain tenancy. The rent payment assistance has a waiting list and is not an emergency rent payment assistance option.
