The Country Cupboard is a food pantry for those in the Wall and Philip areas. The pantry has no income guidelines.

An educational program designed to help parents become the best parents they can be, while at the same time giving them the opportunity to earn some of the items necessary to meet the physical needs of their babies. As parents learn valuable information on pregnancy care and parenting skills, they earn Mommy Money and Man Bucks to use in the Baby Boutique for items such as clothing, furniture, and baby items.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Services include primary medical care, preventive care, and health screenings.

Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. If there is insurance, CHIP will pay the deductibles, co-insurance, and possibly some medical services not covered by the private insurance. ​Medicaid: Health care coverage for people who qualify. To be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fall into a coverage group and meet certain financial and non-financial eligibility criteria. Provides help for older adults and people with disabilities.

A family practice and women's health clinic offering comprehensive care to newborns, pediatric patients, adult and geriatric patients, preventative care, annual examinations, Department of Transportation (DOT) examinations, immunizations, obstetrical care, women's health care, mental/behavioral health services, and lab services.

Provides a full range of treatment and rehabilitation services for adults with severe mental illness. The goal is to prevent hospitalization and to provide support and education; which, in turn, promote optimal levels of independence in living and working in the community. Services include psychiatric and medication management services, CARE (continuous assistance with recovery and empowerment), case management, supportive counseling, assisted living, vocational services, homeless outreach program, and IMPACT (individualized mobile program for assertive community treatment) services. Income eligible homeowners may receive assistance from Habitat and their volunteers on projects including limited in-home repairs for safety modifications including installing non-skid strips in bathtub or stairs, grab bars and handrails; exterior painting; minor exterior home repairs and weatherization.

ICAP Emergency Services helps with emergency utilities and rent (Rent assistance is NOT available to those residing in Sioux Falls) for income qualified households. Must meet all requirements. Also offers food pantry vouchers to those who qualify (cannot receive SNAP).

After-school care for boys and girls ages 10 - 18 meeting intensive outpatient guidelines for addiction recovery treatment. A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.
