ICAP Children and Family Services include the following: Half Day Services: Eligible children ages 3 - 5 will receive 3 1/2 hours of center-based preschool, 4 days per week, September - May. (limited locations) EHS Home Based Services: A home visitor meets with eligible women who are pregnant and/or families with children under the age of 3 once per week for 1 1/2 hours (at a regularly scheduled time). Group socialization meetings are held twice per month. Child Development Center: Madison and Sioux Falls (ages 4 weeks - 3 years) can receive early childhood services and childcare each day year-round at ICAP's childcare center.

Including, services such as allergy Injections, basic testing including EKG's for conditions of arteries and veins, bone density screening, care for common and specialized illnesses and injuries such as fractures, drug screening and substance abuse evaluations, immunizations, health screenings, laboratory services, stress tests, x-rays, ultrasound procedures, lesion removal, dermatology services, wound care, osteopathic manipulative treatment, pulmonary care, routine prenatal care, regular health maintenance exams and checkups, and physicals required for the workplace or pre-surgical preparation.

Mobile Vet Center (MVC) are large mobile vehicles with space for confidential counseling and are used to provide outreach to individuals in communities that are distant from existing services. Also provides emergency services in response to national emergencies and disasters.

K-5 (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) provides care and programming outside of classroom hours in several locations in Sioux Falls, Brandon and Harrisburg. Activities are designed to meet each age level's academic, social and emotional needs. Signature programs offer additional options for character and leadership, health and wellness, sports and recreation and Education/STEM/Arts focus. Scholarships are available for families in need.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Offers primary care, mental health care, treatment for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and suicide prevention. Also offers transitional and supportive housing for veterans experiencing homelessness. Gun safety locks are available through the Suicide Prevention Coordinator.

Therapists, counselors, and case managers provide: Individual and family counseling (e.g., marriage counseling, parenting skills, trauma informed services, EMDR, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, coping skill development, etc) Addiction and dependency services Evaluations and assessments Social learning programs Systems of Care Prevention services, providing presentations to student and adult groups on a large number of topics and consists of a library that contains over 1,000 items available for check out at the main Lemmon office Offering services via telehealth. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Men empowering men through fatherhood with support, connection, and experience, so they can give fully to themselves, their children and community. Services include fatherhood classes, coaching, non-custodial support group, and father support groups.

A free, relationship enrichment program open to the public. It serves individuals, couples, and families. The goal of the program is for participating adults to develop the skills they need to experience healthy relationships and improve their path toward financial wellness and employability. ​Relationship education and family support topics include: communication skill, controlling emotions, conflict resolution, making wise choices, setting life goals, mentorship, stress management, advocacy, and parenting strategies. ​Financial wellness/employability services include: financial literacy, job search assistance, money management, joint budgeting, interview practice, resume coaching, and job skills and interest assessments.

Serving as stewards of St. Katharine Drexel's mission as she served those in need. Offers: 1 bag of groceries that contain 8-10 non-perishable items

• 1 bag that contains 20 diapers and a package of wipes.

​Only diapers sizes 1-5 are available. Each person receives one bag per visit.​ The program is limited, as it is donation based and services are not guaranteed. Individuals can visit once a week.

Play therapy offered to children ages 3-12 along with family counseling and parenting support. Areas of specialty include trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment challenges, foster care placement, developmental delays and behavioral challenges. Emphasis placed on supporting the child and their caregiver(s) collaboratively in order to find success and improved functioning.

Provides mental health counseling to adolescents and adults struggling with life adjustments, anxiety, depression, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to treat complex trauma, abuse, neglect, and other disorders. Services offered include individual counseling, divorce counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), terminal illness counseling, child abuse counseling, child abuse survivor counseling for adults, couples counseling, mental health screening, trauma informed therapy, faith based counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adolescent/youth counseling, parent counseling, and hoarding counseling. Offers services in person and via telehealth.

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Providing free lunch for children 18 years old or younger. Meals on Wheels Western South Dakota are funding lunch at no charge for seniors (60+) accompanying their grandchildren. ​The Black Hills Area Community Foundation will fund lunch for adults (19-59 years old) accompanying their children. Meals are either a hot or cold lunch including a grain, protein, fruit/vegetable, and milk. This institution is an equal opportunity provider. Provides nursing facility care with 24-hour nursing services in a home-like atmosphere. Services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, daily activities, nutrition services, hospice services and more. Facility is attached to Bowdle Healthcare Center hospital and clinic for easy access to medical and specialty services. ​

Providing mental health counseling to individuals. Areas of specialty include using Accelerated Resolution Therapy for anxiety, trauma, and other issues. Other areas of interest include adjustments and women's issues.

Investigates child abuse and neglect cases by working with the State's Attorney, law enforcement, and community resources to determine extent of alleged child abuse or neglect. Other services include adoptions, licensing of foster homes, assessment services, case management, and intensive family services. Behavioral health services including addictive disorder services (ADS), compensated work therapy, Residential Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) program, Mental health intensive case management, inpatient psychiatric services, and outpatient psychiatric services. Gun locks are available through the Suicide Prevention Coordinator.

A 12-week support group for single/unmarried women with unplanned pregnancies. A baby shower is given at the end of each session.

Sanford Children's Parenting Services offers a variety of services and resources to get answers to everyday parenting questions. Services are geared toward enhancing the development, health, and safety of children in eastern South Dakota. Provides empowerment to families, caregivers, and people who directly impact the lives of children. Also provides parenting resources through New Baby in Home services, Getting to Know Baby Better resources, and parent navigation to support parents on the parenting journey.
