Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. If there is insurance, CHIP will pay the deductibles, co-insurance, and possibly some medical services not covered by the private insurance. ​Medicaid: Health care coverage for people who qualify. To be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fall into a coverage group and meet certain financial and non-financial eligibility criteria. Provides help for older adults and people with disabilities.

Offers programs such as Messy Hands Summer Arts Camp, Vortex Film Festival, Fool's 48 Short Film Project, Art for Life (Creative Aging), Community "Free Movie" Mondays, artsHUB which is a digital resource for inclusion and collaboration among artists and organizations offering an events calendar, arts and culture directory, and a discussion space for connection. Also provides micro grants for artists and arts events. Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) is a supplemental food program that enables eligible households to obtain a more nutritious diet. Eligibility is determined by income, resources, and household size. Lost, stolen, or damaged EBT (SNAP) cards must call customer service to report the loss of your card. You will need to enter the card number. If you do not have the card, stay on the line for a second prompt and press 2. Reporting an EBT card as lost, stolen, or damaged will result in that card being declined.

Provides developmental screenings, parent education, and early intervention services at no cost for families who have children from birth up to age 3. This program is designed to help children whom have difficulty learning, growing, or behaving like other children in their age group or have a medical condition. ​The Birth to Three Program contributes to the success of children with developmental delays and their families by providing dynamic, individualized early intervention services and supports by building on family strengths through every day routines and learning experiences.

Through preschool partnerships, generous financial supporters, and the United Way, the coalition seeks to connect all children to existing high quality preschool programs regardless of their family's ability to pay private tuition.
