Guides soldiers and their families to the help they need through a one-stop call center for veterans. The Sea of Goodwill is one place that will have a list of all the various official and unofficial support services available to help veterans. This program helps veterans find assistance in the areas of; employment, housing, financial assistance, and mental and physical health needs. Available 24 hours per day, the Watertown Police Department 911 Center serves as the call center for the Sea of Goodwill.

Youth & Family Services (YFS) Rapid City Head Start is a federally funded, no-cost, parent-focused education program that serves low-income children, ages 4 weeks-5 years, and their families. Program goals include increasing social skills and school readiness for young children while increasing the self-sufficiency for families. YFS Rapid City Head Start gives priority to families who meet the household income guidelines or have children with disabilities. LifeScape's Fisher Coon Unit is an 18-bed specialty hospital that offers post-acute care to patients from birth through age 21. The unit has two programs: Medically Complex and Inpatient Rehabilitation. Medically Complex Program This program is for patients with significant medical needs who do not require continuous acute care. The high nurse-to-patient ratio allows every child to receive individualized attention. Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Food pantry for Hot Springs area provides a pre-packed bag of food, which consists of canned vegetables, fruit, beans, tuna, chicken, soup as well as milk and pasta. Clients also receive bread and meat items. In addition, clients may select from other items as available on the pantry shelves. This ministry is supported (monetarily and with food donations) by the community of Hot Springs.

The Family Support 360 (FS360) Program is self-directed, which means the person and their family choose the services, the staff who provide them, and a schedule based on their needs. FS360 helps people and their family receive state-funded services and other community services, together with natural supports (extended family members, friends, neighbors, church congregations, and community organizations). Family Support Service Coordinators act as an advocate for you and your family. Services and supports include but are not limited to: service coordination, environmental accessibility adaptive equipment, vehicle modifications, companion services, supported employment, personal care, respite care, special medical adaptive equipment and supplies, nutritional supplements, specialized therapies, and recreational and social opportunities.
